How we work

  1. You provide us with information about your venue (details, photos, showtimes, prices and conditions).
  2. We add your venue to our platform and start selling tickets to your performances. Where appropriate, we invest in paid advertising to support sales.
  3. When a customer buys a ticket, you receive by email a notification containing the full booking details, just like the customer. The ticket has already been paid for and the booking must be honoured.
  4. At the beginning of each month, we send you a sales report for checking. You then invoice us for the total amount minus our agreed commission.

Bookings

The system is automated and bookings will always reach you by email. What other channels do you have for receiving bookings?
In the city of Seville, we work with 40%. In the rest of Spain, we generally work with 30%. Each tablao’s position and sales on our platform will be determined by the percentage (a higher percentage means greater visibility).
Which booking system do you use?(Required)
It is important for us to know this. We always recommend Turitop as a booking system because it is the most cost-effective and efficient option for running a flamenco tablao, also providing comprehensive admission and booking management. If you already use Turitop, we can synchronise availability in real time without problems. If you use another booking system, we will try to synchronise it, although this is not always possible.
