2. Decide between show only, dinner or a private experience
This is one of the decisions that most affects the organisation.
Show only
This is the simplest option if the group already has a restaurant, full-board arrangement or a separate food itinerary. It also lets you focus the activity on singing, dancing and guitar while organising lunch or dinner at another time.
For tour groups it is often a very flexible formula, because flamenco can be fitted into part of the afternoon or evening without taking up too many hours of the programme.
Flamenco with dinner or a gastronomic option
This can be especially convenient for groups that want to combine two activities in one place. It reduces transfers and simplifies coordination, although it means checking times, menu, allergies, intolerances, included drinks and the total duration of the experience in more detail.
Seville has tablaos with dining options. Tablao Flamenco La Cantaora, for example, is one of the options on our website that lets you plan an evening combining flamenco and gastronomy in a central location.
Private show for the group
When exclusivity, the convenience of working with a single group or a special experience for a company, association or celebration is the priority, a private format can make a lot of sense.
At Tablaos Flamencos we offer an option for a private flamenco show in Seville organised by group. The standard booking is currently designed for groups of up to 35 people and includes two drinks per attendee; for larger groups, a tailor-made arrangement can be considered.
