Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently asked questions

Here we answer the most common questions before booking a live flamenco show.

If you can’t find your question, write to us and we’ll be happy to help.

1) Booking & confirmation

Go to your city page or the tablaos list, choose a tablao, select date and time, and complete your booking. If you want to compare quickly, the global list makes it very easy.

In most cases, yes: you’ll receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. If you don’t see it, check spam/promotions.

1) Check spam/promotions. 2) Make sure your email address is correct. 3) If it still doesn’t appear, write to us with the city, date, and booking name and we’ll check it for you.

No need to print it: just show the confirmation on your phone. If any tablao requires a printed ticket, we’ll indicate it.

Depending on availability, some shows allow bookings even with short notice. Each tablao’s booking system shows real-time availability.

You don’t need to pick anything up: your confirmation email is your entry (on your phone or printed, depending on the venue).

2) Changes, cancellations & refunds

Once the booking has been completed and paid, we do not offer refunds.

If you write to us with at least 48 hours’ notice, we’ll try to arrange it depending on availability and the tablao’s conditions. If there’s no availability or the venue doesn’t authorise the change, we won’t be able to offer a refund.

If the venue makes any changes (time, cancellation, etc.), we’ll contact you to offer the best possible alternative (change of show/date or available options).

3) On the day of the show

As a general rule, we recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early (especially if you want to enter calmly or aim for the best visibility and seating).

It depends on the tablao and the format. Each listing shows the exact duration of the show.

There’s usually no strict dress code. Being nicely dressed is enough; if there’s dinner, “smart casual” works well.

As a general rule, photos and videos aren’t allowed during the performance, out of respect for the audience and the artists. Raised phones and screen light or flashes can be distracting and affect visibility. Please enjoy the show without recording.

4) Ticket, dinner, drinks & venue conditions

Each tablao lists what’s included: it may be show only or dinner + show (and sometimes a drink).

With dinner, the experience is more complete and starts earlier. “Show only” is ideal if you want to go straight to the flamenco and focus 100%. Keep in mind that in a tablao, the priority is the show: dinner is an add-on.

It depends on the tablao: some assign tables by arrival order and others by ticket type or booking. If you have a preference, mention it when booking and we’ll do our best to pass it on.

In many cases yes, but it depends on the venue. Let us know in advance (your need and the tablao name) and we’ll confirm it.

5) Children, accessibility & special needs

It depends on the tablao and the time. Some offer child pricing and others may restrict minors. Check the listing or write to us and we’ll guide you.

Each venue has different conditions. Write to us with the tablao and your needs and we’ll recommend the best option.

6) Invoices, companies & groups
