Jamás había escrito una reseña de una estrella porque entiendo lo importante que es para un restaurante construir su reputación, pero esta vez tengo serias preocupaciones. Les cuento:
Soy asiática y estaba de visita en Sevilla por unos días. Como era mi última noche en la ciudad, llamé al restaurante específicamente para preguntar si aún quedaban asientos para el espectáculo de flamenco de las 8 p. m.
Tenía otra opción para un espectáculo que también empezaba a las 8 p. m., pero el personal por teléfono me dijo que sí había asientos disponibles y que podía comprar la entrada en la puerta. Así que me apresuré a ir, siguiendo sus indicaciones.
Cuando llegué, una mujer rubia en recepción prácticamente me dejó esperando afuera y dijo que no tenía ni idea de quién me había dicho eso, y que "nadie aquí diría eso". Me pareció muy poco profesional. Este es el número de teléfono oficial del restaurante, no es que haya contestado una persona cualquiera. Como mínimo, esperaba una explicación adecuada en lugar de un simple "no lo sé".
Me ofreció una copa, pero al parecer debía tomarla fuera, junto a la entrada, lo que, sinceramente, hizo que toda la situación resultara aún más extraña.
Entiendo que se cometen errores y que los espectáculos pueden llenarse. Lo que me molestó fue la forma en que se gestionó la situación. Llamé específicamente para confirmar antes de ir, confié en la información que me dieron y, por eso, perdí la oportunidad de ver otro espectáculo de flamenco en mi última noche en Sevilla.
Una experiencia realmente decepcionante y, desde luego, no es lo que esperaría de una recepción profesional.

Excelente local para pasar por Sevilla para venir con pareja o amigos, muy buen espectáculo de danza tradiciona sevillana. Los cocktailes muy buenos. Sin duda una parada obligatoria si vienes a esta ciudad.

Montana Coctelería es una parada imprescindible en Sevilla si te gustan los cócteles bien elaborados. Probé un Singapore Sling y estaba perfectamente preparado, equilibrado y hecho con mucho cariño y atención al detalle.
Además del cóctel, quiero destacar el trato del personal. La chica de la barra fue una gran profesional, muy amable y cercana, y su compañera de la puerta fue un auténtico encanto, haciéndonos sentir bienvenidos desde el primer momento.
Un lugar con un ambiente muy agradable, un servicio de diez y una coctelería de gran nivel. Sin duda, volveré y lo recomiendo a cualquiera que quiera disfrutar de un buen cóctel en Sevilla.

Cóctel rico pero muy corto. El ambiente es lindo y buena música.
Nos sirvieron un cóctel en una COPA ROTA, lo avisé pero no me hicieron mucho caso y es bastante peligroso porque es de vidrio.
Servicio rápido en nuestro caso porque estábamos en la barra. Los baños bastante sucios.
