# Terms of sale and cancellation

Clear information about booking, changes, and refunds for our reservations.

## Booking and confirmation

When you book on Tablaos Flamencos, you select a show with a specific **date and time**. Your booking is confirmed when you receive the **confirmation email** with all details (date, time, number of people, and venue).

## Price and fees

Booking through our platform has **no handling fees or commissions**.

## Who charges for the booking

Depending on the tablao, payment may be processed by:

- **the tablao itself**, or
- **Tablaos Flamencos**.

In any case, this information is shown during checkout or in the confirmation.

## Payment methods

We accept **credit card** and, in some cases, **PayPal**.

## Date or time changes

Changes always depend on the tablao and its availability. If you need a change, you must notify us with at least **48 hours’ notice**, and we will try to arrange it.

If the change **is not possible**, **we cannot offer a refund**, as this is a reservation for a specific date and time.

## Cancellations and refunds

**Once the booking has been made, we do not accept cancellations or refunds** due to customer cancellation.

## No-show

**Not attending** means **the amount paid is forfeited**, as those seats were reserved and could not be sold to other customers.
